I founded Hoff Facility Services on the principle that excellent customer service is not just important, it is a key driver that creates trust and long-lasting partnerships.
I have participated in the commercial cleaning industry for over 20 years now and I am constant witness to service providers who take their customers for granted.  Many service providers do not communicate with their clients and they often fail to honor their committments to the service agreement.  HFS will not only provide our clients with a sound and sensible cleaning program that works, we will proactively manage our service to ensure that consistency and customer satisfaction is always achieved.

HFS carries and maintains an insurance policy that exceeds the standard industry coverage limits. 
We are licensed, insured and bonded to do business in the state of Arizona and the Southwestern United States.
The health and safety of all staff, clients and visitors is paramount.  Our staff have been trained in workplace safety practices, OSHA safety requirments and hazard communication training or the "Employee Right To Know" program.
Bloodborne pathogen and infection control training is also available for staff that may be at risk of exposure, or for those staff that may be responsible for servicing customers in sensitive environments or medical facilities.
HFS places special emphasis on risk management and we will always perform our services in a safe manner and according to the regulations created by governing authorities.
